Health and Welfare Plans
Medical, Dental, Prescription and Vision
The medical plan choices include a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) and offers both in-network and out-of-network coverage. Our dental plan choices allow employees to see the dentist of their choice.
Health and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts
Eligible medical and dependent care expenses may be reimbursed by accounts funded through automatic payroll deductions taken on a pre-tax basis.
Domestic Partner Benefits
Eligible employees who have a registered domestic partnership may enroll domestic partners and domestic partners’ children in the medical, prescription, vision and dental plans.
Life Insurance
We offer life insurance (company paid) at 3 x annual salary (a maximum applies) to all regular full- time employees. Additional Voluntary life insurance is available for employees, spouses and children.
Short-Term Disability
We offer a company paid Short-Term Disability benefit and an opportunity to “buy-up” coverage to a higher coverage level.
Long-Term Disability
We offer a company paid Long-Term Disability benefit and an opportunity to “buy-up” coverage to a higher coverage level.

401(k) Savings Plan
The Company offers a 401(k) plan through Fidelity and generous $1 for $1 match up to 5% of salary/IRS maximums.
